TERMS OF SERVICE

By completing a booking with Pride Wander, the traveler (“Participant”) agrees to these Terms of Service, creating a binding agreement between Pride Wander Co., Ltd. (“Pride Wander”) and the Participant. Pride Wander operates high-end inbound travel services exclusively within Thailand. 

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Pride Wander provides curated group travel, private itineraries, ground transportation, accommodations, and guided experiences within Thailand as detailed on. 

2. BOOKING CONDITIONS

Participants agree to comply with all operational policies and the Booking Conditions listed at https://www.pridewander.com/terms-and-conditions/

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Group travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including equipment failure, sudden weather changes, illness, or physical injury. Participants voluntarily assume all associated risks. Pride Wander, its officers, employees, and agents are released from liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or financial loss resulting from voluntary participation, except in cases of gross negligence by Pride Wander. Participants strongly advised follow the instructions of Pride Wander representatives and tour leaders.

4. MANDATORY TRAVEL MEDICAL INSURANCE

Pride Wander will provide the travel insurance that insurance policy covering during the trip in Thailand only.

However, participants must secure comprehensive personal travel medical insurance covering emergency medical expenses, evacuation, and trip interruption for the duration of the tour. Proof of insurance must be provided to Pride Wander prior to departure. Pride Wander is not responsible for coverage limits or insurance claim denials for personal insurance.

5. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & HEALTH DECLARATION

  • Health Condition: Participants confirm they are physically fit for tour activities and must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance. 
  • Emergency Consent: In a medical emergency where the Participant cannot provide consent, Pride Wander is authorized to seek necessary medical treatment and make decisions in the Participant’s best interest. The Participant remains solely responsible for all incurred medical costs. 

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Pride Wander is not liable for failure or delay in performing tour obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or pandemics. 

7. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are solely responsible for:

  • Holding a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the Thailand departure date. 
  • Securing required entry visas, travel documentation, and medical vaccinations. 
  • International airfare to and from Thailand. 
  • Personal expenses, unlisted meals, alcohol, and itinerary deviations. 
  • Any legal liability or damages resulting from personal misconduct or failure to follow instructions. 

8. CODE OF CONDUCT & SAFE SPACE POLICY

Pride Wander maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for racism, discrimination, harassment, abusive behavior, or assault toward other guests, staff, or local partners. Violators will be removed from the tour immediately via written notice without a refund for unused services. Pride Wander holds no further liability upon removal. 

9. MEDIA RELEASE

Participants grant Pride Wander permission to use photos or video footage captured during the tour for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across digital and print channels. Your privacy and comfort are always our highest priorities. If you prefer not to appear in any media or photos, please let us know prior to the start of your trip.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal disputes arising from or related to this agreement must be resolved exclusively within the courts of Thailand.
